Provincial Mock Trial Training Program
Provincial Mock Trial Training Program for the final year law colleges/universities students of interior Sindh is started at Sindh Judicial Academy. This specially designed training program is for enhancing the knowledge of these fresh students/graduates about the court proceedings and further legal acumen. The students are assisted and guided how to plead a case in the court of law.
Keeping in view that through participation in mock trials may help student to gain a basic understanding of the legal mechanism, this is course is planned to develop a number of skills among the students that are universally necessary. This includes:-
- Critical analysis of problems
- Strategic thinking
- Questioning skills
- Listening skills
- Skill in oral presentation
- Extemporaneous arguments
- Skills in preparing and organizing material
The students of law universities/colleges/schools are invited through their Dean/Registrar. This six days training is starting from July 3, 2017 and ending on July 8, 2017.
